At the end of September and in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the brand, Cabasse presented its latest high-end speakers, THE PEARL PELEGRINA, a connected HiFi system to the press. This new offering is the quintessence of Cabasse’s acoustic know-how and reminiscent of the mythical ultra-high-end flagship system THE SPHERE. October 2021 will see the brand usher in an ultra-compact 2.1 Hi-res connected solution: THE PEARL KESHI!
These two new offerings will be presented to the public during the 2021 edition of PARIS AUDIO VIDEO SHOW (PAVS) as the latest additions to the largest collection of high-end connected speakers on the market – THE PEARL COLLECTION – always with the same guiding principle: to offer the best Cabasse sound whatever the solution.
THE PEARL KESHI, ultra-compact Hi-Res sound!
After launching the limited-edition version of THE PEARL PELEGRINA, the brand’s luxury quadri-coaxial connected speakers that are impressive in both size and technical characteristics (with the capacity to deliver 7400 Watts RMS of pure power and an incredible sound purity to immerse listeners in the heart of sound), Cabasse has announced the release of a new, more minimalist system.
This new 2.1 system has been named THE PEARL KESHI in reference to small natural pearls from Tahiti and the South seas. It combines all the qualities of Cabasse’s high-end connected solutions for the most impressive acoustic performance (soundstage, stereo image, timbre, etc.) relative to its miniature size. It consists of a connected subwoofer and two satellites that boast an original design and sitting suspended in the air, the system limits the transmission of vibrations to the floor.
An ultra-miniature system that delivers immense emotion!
The satellites of THE PEARL KESHI feature a brand-new patented driver and each one is powered by 300 Watts RMS. The design of these full-range speakers allows for long excursion and high-power handling for great dynamics.
An ultra-fine 50 micrometre membrane, a neodymium motor, the associated DSP signal processing (that has been in constant improvement for the last 15 years) and the other speaker components, all contribute to enable faithful restitution of the timbre and provide excellent spectral homogeneity.
With such a minimalist 2.1 connected system, the sound quality and the resulting effect will not leave listeners indifferent. The system is capable of delivering 1050 Watts RMS of total power (300 Watts for each satellite and 450 W for the bass). Listeners will be able to feel all the dynamics of their favourite music, from the most subtle sounds to the most striking ones, without any clipping or distortion.

- DEAP for an optimized digital signal
- DFE for real-time optimisation of the sound dynamics (audio analysis, the dynamics and the volume), a technology that is based on artificial intelligence enabling the listener to find the balance of the original recording whether they’re listening at home at a low volume or at a party at full volume
- CRCS technology (automatic room correction system) via the presence of a microphone integrated in the speaker to optimize sound to the listening environment

With its 2 minimalist 8 cm diameter satellites and a compact connected 22 cm diameter subwoofer, THE PEARL KESHI integrates discreetly and elegantly in your home whether you install it in your living room, office space or bedroom.
Faithful to the codes of THE PEARL COLLECTION, THE PEARL KESHI has a spherical design and appealing features. Both the satellite speakers and subwoofer have been designed to sit suspended in the air supported by a rough-cut chrome-plated steel base.
In line with THE PEARL COLLECTION, THE PEARL KESHI is made of noble materials that accentuate its performance: 4 successive coats of matt paint were necessary to achieve a perfect rendering of the sphere which is set in a double reinforced shell.
What’s more, to satisfy all decorative desires, a wall fixture system for the satellites has been integrated to enable them to be placed in 5 adjustable positions as well as their standard on-base position.
THE PEARL KESHI, A THRILLING SYSTEM FOR BOTH MUSIC AND HOME CINEMA
Like all other products in the PEARL range this new system integrates perfectly with the Cabasse StreamCONTROL multi-room system and allows playback of all audio files from MP3, AAC, WMA to ultra-high-definition files such as AIFF, FLAC, ALAC, DSD 64 DSD128.
It connects to traditional sources such as turntables, CDs, NAS, etc. as well as to online music services (Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify, Deezer, Web radios, etc.). Finally, THE PEARL KESHI will also provide you with an even more thrilling experience during your home cinema sessions thanks to an optical connection for your TV. In terms of connectivity, the system is equipped with optical inputs and outputs, a mini jack and ethernet and USB connections.
For added listening comfort, a connected remote control with a refined and sleek finish coupled with an ergonomic design comes with the system. This Bluetooth-connected remote-control fits into the palm of your hand and makes for easy and intuitive control of the device: volume adjustment via a rotating ring, input selection, play/pause, as well as the possibility to choose a radio station or your favourite piece of music.
